German Tutor -Elementary

EduVerse™ tutors deliver personalised 1-on-1 live online sessions to students across CBSE, ICSE, Cambridge IGCSE, Common Core, NEP 2020, and other leading curricula. You will build strong student relationships, track learning progress meticulously, and leverage EVA AI tools to elevate outcomes. Compensation Model: 60 / 40 Revenue Share — you receive 60% of every confirmed session fee. There is no fixed salary. Your earnings grow directly with the number of sessions you deliver and the student base you build.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging, curriculum-aligned 1-on-1 live sessions via EduVerse classroom
• Track student progress and update learning milestones after each session
• Prepare personalised session notes, assignments, and periodic assessments
• Maintain student attendance ≥75% and flag at-risk students proactively
• Respond to student/parent queries within 24 hours via the EduVerse inbox
• Use EduVerse digital tools — interactive whiteboard, EVA AI, shared study resources
• Participate in monthly tutor review and calibration sessions

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher in the subject area (B.Ed. preferred for school subjects)
• Minimum 2 years of teaching or tutoring experience
• Strong command of at least one major curriculum (CBSE / IGCSE / Common Core)
• Reliable high-speed internet and a quiet teaching environment
• Basic proficiency with video-conferencing and online collaboration tools

Nice to Have

• CTET / State TET certification
• Experience with international curricula (IB, AP, Cambridge)
• Familiarity with EdTech platforms and LMS tools
• Ability to teach across multiple subjects / grade levels
